Business Data Insights Analyst

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for uncovering valuable insights at the intersection of business and data. As a Business Data Insights Analyst, you will analyze sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain informative dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, client segmentation, and territory planning.
- Support forecasting, segmentation, and quota-setting initiatives by analyzing complex data sets.
- Partner with Sales Operations to improve CRM data quality, reporting structures, and process automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
- At least two to three years of hands-on experience using Salesforce as part of daily work responsibilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Proven experience using Salesforce software for managing data and supporting business processes.
