Job Summary

This role is focused on leveraging data insights to inform business strategy and drive growth. We are looking for a skilled analyst who can effectively communicate complex data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and preparation, including the use of statistical methods and handling large datasets using programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

A key responsibility of this role will be to analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that drive business outcomes. The ability to communicate these insights effectively through clear and concise reporting is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies that inform business decisions.
  • Trend Identification: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that drive business outcomes.
  • Reporting: Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data insights into business operations.
  • Analytics Development: Design and develop reports and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including use of statistical methods and handling large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
  • Report Building: At least 1 year of hands-on experience building reports using Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar tools.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
