
Regional Commercial Growth Manager

The key objective of this role is to drive growth through the development and management of a commercial strategy for product lines in a defined area. The manager will lead the development of sales action plans, support distributors and build networks to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and implement sales strategies for assigned products, managing distributor meetings and building sales action plans.
- Develop and manage distribution networks including contracts, commercial policies and training programs for field personnel.
- Conduct market research to understand market size, potential business opportunities and growth drivers.
- Meet annual targets through accurate forecasting and prioritizing selling accounts.
- Assume a Product Specialist role for all distributors developing sales arguments adapted to each market and segment.
- Scientific or business degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in microbiology or microbiological environment monitoring.
- Previous experience animating distribution networks or local sales forces.
- International experience with a good knowledge of the region.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with cross-cultural flexibility.
