  • Strong SQL skills to query databases and understand data structures.
  • Technical acumen to understand XML language and read code.
  • Experience in developing system specifications and technical requirement documents.
  • Knowledge of production support processes.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
