Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Managing the filing system to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping;
  • Maintaining supply inventory levels to meet the needs of the team;
  • Creatings databases and entering information as needed;
  • Providing assistance with online sales management to support business growth;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution;
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, and Adobe Photoshop;
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently;
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations;
