About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Solutions Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive client adoption of standard solutions by identifying gaps and implementing workarounds where necessary;
- Influence revenue generation through the change control process and sales participation;
- Ensure lessons learned are documented and shared across the community;
- Maintain project documentation and update it accordingly;
- Provide quality assurance to ensure delivery meets established procedures and standards;
- Offer subject matter expertise to technical and functional resources assigned to projects;
- Stay up-to-date on current solutions and technology, as well as roadmaps for changes, to gain necessary knowledge;
- Take the lead on technological change, ensuring communications occur within the Solutions community and knowledge is shared;
- Function as a reference point for STRADA EXCHANGE queries;
- Solve complex problems related to application environments using functional knowledge of parameters in the system and legislation in specific countries;
- Collaborate and provide suggestions for improving services at both customer-specific and Exchange levels, adding value and optimizing processes;
- Enforce adherence to STRADA standards, processes, methodologies, and tools;
- Participate in developing innovative approaches to help the team achieve performance standards;
- IDentify process requirements and gaps together with Operations Leaders;
- Support STRADA EXCHANGE APPS Repositories and Knowledgebase;
- Support account technical governance regarding application functionality;
- Contribute to making estimates of time and resources required;
- Analyze current customer business processes;
- Monitor and adhere to Project SLAs;
- Be the first escalation point for STRADA EXCHANGE Apps project-specific incidents;
- Represent the STRADA EXCHANGE APPS team in project-specific calls with stakeholders for status and check-up discussions;
- Propose improvements to methods, systems, and controls necessary for OLR content freshness and reuse;
- Assess involvement and capacity needed across technology teams for project-specific Change Requests;
- Be accountable for overall content updates of project-specific Change Requests;
- Ensure accurate estimation of work and its timely completion;
- Guarantee proper delivery of change requests;
- Assist in cut-over planning;
- Provide the Program/Project Manager with an overview of feasibility, viability, and overall risk of proposed solutions;
- Evaluate if solutions meet architectural requirements, standards, and guidelines set by design documents;
- Deliver consistent solutions to clients within defined boundaries;
- Prepare the technical environment, advising on suitable products based on customer requirements;
- Perform detailed requirements gathering about customers' business processes;
- Implement solutions properly in different environments (Development, Test, and Production);
- Participate in developing applications following standard methodologies;
- Assist in defining and documenting integrations put in place during projects, adhering to defined standards, balancing business, technical, and functional requirements, and constraints;
- Validate final implemented solutions at the client's site;
- Support solution workshops with clients and complete required documentation;
- Organize and support unit testing, system, and integration testing with relevant stakeholders (clients, partners, and internal teams);
- Evaluate the impact of decisions on eventual workarounds for projects and post-go-live BAU, and optimize processes;
- Review and create scenarios/test scripts relevant to application version releases involved in solutions;
- Organize and support data mapping with clients and payroll teams (STRADA or third-party providers);
- Familiarize yourself with data security procedures and requirements from both STRADA and the client, ensuring respect for these during processes;
- Anticipate project data issues and identify gaps requiring enhancements;
- Evaluate the impact of decisions on data for projects and post-go-live BAU, and optimize processes;
- Track activities in local data migration plans, respecting timelines;
- Communicate and report status to Programme Leads and project team members (Status Reports, progress, and next activities);
- Collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and customers;
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting customers with successful track records;
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and comfort coordinating with internal and external parties;

- Experience managing complex IT services locally, regionally, or globally;
- Experience growing and managing stakeholder relationships;
- Proven experience handling aspects of regional technology leadership roles in service organizations of similar size;
- Demonstrable experience in outsourcing, multi-shored environments;
- Experience working in global matrix environments with geographically dispersed support resources;
- Demonstrated results in Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics and measures;
