The ​Solutions Delivery Lead​ is responsible for managing organizational data and systems in line with business requirements

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the successful delivery of solutions related to accounting, financial reporting and regulatory compliance within Finance and Compliance

  2. Define and manages change for initiatives, projects or programs impacting Finance/Compliance systems and data to support reporting and strategic decision making

  3. Work with the project implementation team as a Business Workstream Lead or a Business Lead for Finance / Compliance in defining scope, timelines, and budget, and ensure that the solutions and processes being implemented meet the requirements of the business

  4. Provide impact assessment to changes and enhancements to Finance systems and related processes

  5. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and drive business solutions, escalating as necessary, to support Finance/Compliance functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management of Information Systems (preferred), Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, Computer Science or similar courses​
  • ​More than 10 years​ of experience in SAP FICO or ERP Systems
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as software development, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, data analytics and various tools to implement and manage finance compliance systems; background in Oracle Financials or similar ERP, financial reporting or regulatory reporting systems strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools and techniques to help organize, coordinate and manage cross functional tasks
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting standards, and accounting practices to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within finance/compliance systems and to support decision-making processes
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various internal and external stakeholders, to understand requirements, communicate progress and manage expectations
  • Experienced in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks and issues associated with solutions delivery projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues, devise effective solutions, and troubleshoot technical challenges encountered during solution implementation and maintenance.
  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement, including staying updated with industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Finance/Compliance systems
