Overview

Delivery Manager (Tech) role at Offshorly - Mobile First Websites | Enterprise Solutions | Digital Outsourcing. We're looking for a proactive, solution-oriented Delivery Manager to own delivery operations across multiple client accounts. You'll oversee Project Managers and support the coordination of design, QA, and development resources to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with real impact. You'll also be a key client liaison—building strong relationships, solving problems fast, and representing Offshorly with professionalism and positivity.

This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who loves to bring structure, solve delivery blockers, and keep people moving forward.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery Operations: Oversee the delivery of multiple client projects across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.
  • People and delivery leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers and delivery staff; coordinate with design, development, and QA leads to ensure resources are aligned.
  • Delivery governance: Track timelines, milestones, blockers, and proactively escalate risks when needed.
  • Client liaison: Serve as a key client contact for delivery-related updates, check-ins, and issue resolution.
  • Process improvement: Work with leadership to continuously improve delivery processes and team capabilities.
  • Reporting and forecasting: Contribute to client reporting and forecasting for delivery pipelines.
  • Onboarding and expectations: Support onboarding of new clients and ensure delivery expectations are aligned from day one.
  • Problem solving: Bring a can-do attitude to everyday problem solving.
What You'll Own
  • Day-to-Day Delivery: Client communication and daily project updates; ensure project delivery milestones are met and risks are mitigated, owning delivery health checks and processes across the project portfolio.
  • Resource planning: Prioritize and coordinate resources across Project Managers to mitigate impact of reallocation or resource changes.
Team Leadership
  • PM development: Mentor Project Managers and handle performance reviews.
  • Process improvement: Continuously seek better ways to deliver projects and support the team.
  • Problem solving: Be the go-to person when delivery challenges arise.
Client Relationships
  • Delivery partnerships: Build strong working relationships with clients, alongside leadership for bigger picture.
  • New client setup: Help new clients understand how we work and establish success metrics from the start.
  • Issue resolution: Solve delivery problems quickly; escalate bigger issues to leadership when needed.
Documentation And Planning
  • Project documentation: Create and approve Scope of Work (SOWs) with help from PMs.
  • Performance tracking: Keep track of delivery performance metrics.
Success Measures
  • 60-Day Goals: All PMs demonstrating improved client responsiveness and delivery consistency; clear delivery metrics and reporting established; leadership team freed from day-to-day delivery operations.
  • 90-Day Goals: Client satisfaction scores consistently above 4 out of 5 for delivery; project delivery on-time rate above 90%; delivery processes that scale with business growth.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or digital operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional digital teams (developers, PMs, QA, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery practices.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to switch between high-level planning and hands-on issue resolution.
  • Calm under pressure and proactive in finding solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience working with international clients or remote delivery teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in digital agencies or staff augmentation environments.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of AI and how it is being used to increase productivity.
