Job Description:

The Joji Ilagan Bian Group of Companies (JIB) is looking for a Senior Accounting Head to join our leadership team. This managerial role will oversee the accounting operations for our institutions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and full compliance with government regulations.

As a key member of our finance division, you will lead a team of accounting professionals, manage financial processes, and provide strategic guidance to support the organization's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting department

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports

  • Maintain accounting controls and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

  • Supervise payroll, disbursements, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks (QB)

  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies

  • Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

  • CPA license is preferred but not mandatory

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an accounting unit

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB) is required

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Trustworthy, with strong ethics and professionalism
