Accounts Receivable/Payable Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to lead our financial operations.

This key role is responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing cash flow projections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling high-value financial statements and ensuring accuracy
  • Overseeing collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency

The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, as well as proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software such as QuickBooks Enterprise or SAP.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP)

This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency.

As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders to refine financial policies and conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement process improvements, optimize financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
