Strategic Vendor Partnership Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining our strategic partnerships with key telecommunications vendors.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned vendor management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with our core telecom vendors, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations on agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures to maximize value for our organization.
  • Program Development & Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the development and implementation of vendor-aligned services, including SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UCaaS, and cloud solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, finance, operations, and sales teams to design scalable frameworks, pricing models, SOPs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Performance & Governance: Manage vendor scorecards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to measure vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Direct experience managing telco vendor programs, with expertise in negotiation, contract management, and SLAs.
  • Skillset: Strong background in vendor and distributor negotiations, financial acumen, and ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
