Executive Support Professional

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Professional to join our team. As the CEO's right-hand person, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the law firm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, email inboxes, and confidential digital files.
  • Project Management: Assist the CEO in managing projects, coordinating with team members, and tracking progress.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, attorneys, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Oversee email inbox management, triage messages, and draft responses as needed.
  • Maintain confidential digital files and folders in a secure and organized structure.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, project management, and communication.
  • Ability to influence and make sound judgment decisions.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
