Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee the coordination and management of transportation operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the trucking industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch trucks for deliveries based on route optimization and customer requirements
  • Monitor the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to clients and drivers
  • Maintain communication with drivers to provide assistance and solve any issues that may arise during transit
  • Coordinate load assignments and track the status of deliveries to ensure on-time service
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to scheduling or deliveries
  • Utilize dispatching software and tracking systems to maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in trucking dispatch, logistics, or fleet management
  • Strong understanding of trucking routes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
