Job Title: Senior Business Insight Manager

This is a strategic leadership position that oversees the transformation of global BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects and driving outcomes around productivity, billable utilization, SLA adherence, and CX metrics.

The role requires defining and leading enterprise transformation programs focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement. This includes aligning transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives and driving outcomes through data-backed recommendations.

In addition to strategic thinking, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. They will also be comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and matrixed environments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can drive organizational maturity in digital transformation, citizen development, and AI literacy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of BPO metrics and operational challenges in domains like CX, F&A, Risk, and Content Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead enterprise transformation programs focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement.
  • Align transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives and drive outcomes through data-backed recommendations.
  • Drive organizational maturity in digital transformation, citizen development, and AI literacy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with proven ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with demonstrable understanding of model lifecycle, deployment, and AI governance.
