Key Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix platform
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets databases
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to ensure alignment on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack workspace
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience required
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn about the industry
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets applications
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable individual
Technical Requirements
  • A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent)
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace for optimal performance
