We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Professional to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with business leaders to understand staffing requirements and developing innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent.

The successful candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong ability to partner with business leaders and translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
