Job Description:

The Future Hiring Specialist will be part of our Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates across various industries and roles for our organization. They will work closely with the talent acquisition team to find the best fit for job openings.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and other platforms
  • Conducting interviews and screenings to match high-quality candidates with job descriptions
  • Managing initial candidate processing by verifying references and sending offer letters
  • Updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the latest information regarding candidates, stages, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines
  • Collaborating with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to develop effective strategies for sourcing top talent
  • Communicating with stakeholders about recruiting progress for assigned accounts
Qualifications:
  • Experience in hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, or similar fields
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing and hiring; recruitment marketing is an asset
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience and ability to source high-quality candidates
  • Experience sourcing through social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Proficiency in using at least one applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ability to analyze data to validate the success of hiring efforts
  • Experience working with online meeting platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype
  • Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills, strong verbal and written communication in English
  • A tech-savvy individual with analytical skills and the ability to set actionable plans
