Job Description:

The Cards Business Head will be responsible for driving overall strategy, business direction, and P&L management for the Cards Business. This includes managing a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Supply Chain members, identifying revenue opportunities, and optimizing costs.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities to drive growth and profitability. The ideal candidate should have experience in account and product management, as well as project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement overall strategy and business direction for the Cards Business.
  • Manage a team of cross-functional members to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and optimize costs to drive profitability.
  • Guide the team towards an agile model in carrying out programs and product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to set strategies, plans, and budgets for the Cards Business.
  • Work closely with the Customer team to drive go-to-market programs and communication strategies.
  • Represent the Cards Business in forums and meetings initiated by card schemes and third-party providers.
Deliverables:
  • Monthly active users (MAU).
  • Revenue targets and relevant metrics (GTV, volume).
  • Business review: regularly aligns and reviews business performance with the merchant account team.
  • Campaign executions, product enhancements, and minimum success rates to support MAU and revenue/metric targets.
  • No major audit or regulatory issues.
