Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to manage our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining healthy financial relationships with clients and vendors, and monitoring aging reports for overdue accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations
  • Handle accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports and follow up on discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities
  • Provide regular financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
