Growth Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a results-driven marketing professional to drive growth through strategic campaign execution and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., paid social, paid search, display, email, organic social).
- Prepare high-quality creative assets, links, and supporting documents for review and assist with file organization and brief formatting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Data, Site Experience) on campaign deliverables.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials and assets.
- Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools.
- Update trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Identify and flag anomalies or underperformance for review and optimization.
- Organize campaign materials and shared folders, ensuring consistent naming conventions and easy access across teams.
- Maintain campaign trackers and build a consolidated calendar of deliverables, milestones, and timelines to support cross-functional visibility.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in Marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
