Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage key operational and customer service tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Enter purchase orders into an accounting system, file them in a specific format, and maintain accurate records on a spreadsheet
  • Shipping Coordination: Communicate with the warehouse to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly
  • Digital Access Support: Send eBook access to customers using designated software
  • Billing: Process invoices to clients after order shipment, adhering to specified formats
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor payments through online platforms and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices
  • Bookkeeping: tracking expenses and income in an accounting system
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly
  • Data Management: Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized records
  • General Management: Support other operational tasks as needed
