Job Description

Balsam International is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst to support our Inventory Planning and Procurement initiatives.

This role reports directly to the Procurement Supervisor and takes ownership of day-to-day procurement operations, including purchasing, managing vendor relationships, tracking orders and data, handling contracts and payments, and generating reports to support cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate placement of purchase orders.
  • Negotiate PO terms with vendors to reach acceptable agreements.
  • Monitor vendors' compliance with agreed ship dates.
  • Track all orders and shipments to ensure correct and on-time delivery of goods.
  • Partner closely with our Operations team and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of inventory plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or other related course with quantitative background.

Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in procurement involving purchase orders, which also entails analyzing data sets in support of various Inventory Planning and Procurement initiatives preferably gained from a multinational environment.

Ability to collaborate with other teams on the conduct of in-depth cross-functional projects which will have a direct impact on Balsam Brands' business.
