Platform Growth Specialist

The Platform Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the platform's growth by increasing user enrollment and engagement, developing innovative financial and non-financial products, and managing vendor partnerships.


  • User Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost user acquisition and usage through targeted marketing campaigns and product enhancements.
  • Product Development: Lead the creation of banking and beyond-banking services based on customer needs, leveraging market trends and competitor insights to guide platform enhancements.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendors and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive business growth and improve user experience.
  • Long-term Planning: Support long-term planning and ensure timely rollout of features, aligning with internal teams to meet compliance, operational, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Economics
  • At least 2 years in the Financial Services industry
  • At least 3 years in Product Development
  • At least 3 years in Platform Development
  • Strong background in Program/Project Management
  • Knowledge in Product Lifecycle & Development Frameworks
  • Experience in Vendor and Partnership Management
