
Administrative Professional for Construction Support

This position is part of a commercial real estate investment team focused on acquisitions and investments in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Construction and Development.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with contractors and vendors.
- Prepare and organize construction-related documents, track project timelines, and manage budgets.
- Assist in vendor communication and follow-ups to ensure task execution.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for construction projects.
- Support invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Prepare expense reports and presentations as needed.
- A minimum of three years of full-time work experience is required.
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and professionalism with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
