
Construction Industry Administrative Support Specialist

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our team, encompassing email management, calendar organization, and data entry. A background in the construction industry is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in document preparation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain files, contracts, and construction project documentation with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Research vendors, suppliers, and market trends relevant to the construction industry, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Coordinate with project teams to track progress and ensure timely deliverables.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
- At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools, with a willingness to learn new software and technologies.
