We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Growth Specialist. In this role, you will drive sustainable profitable sales growth by identifying customer needs and opportunities.
As a Key Account Manager at IFF, you will be responsible for maintaining effective customer communication and aligning local needs with global objectives. You will promote IFF products, develop strong business partnerships, and adhere to IFF Core Values.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth, profitability, and enhancement of IFF's branding by providing regular customer communication and ensuring interface between customers and IFF.
- Communicate and promote IFF's product range to customers while meeting IFF's segmentation service policy.
- Manage designated Global, Regional, or Country Key Accounts by forecasting, sampling, providing price quotations, and following up on customer queries and complaints.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts with partner distributors.
- Participate in developing Industry plans for designated industry categories, identifying market potentials, trends, and key customer opportunities.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food and Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably with ingredient sales experience.
- Strong relationships at senior levels and ability to create opportunities for growth.
- Analytical mindset to interpret inputs from market trends and consumer tests.
- Team player, strategic thinker, positive mindset, and effective communicator.
