Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage our properties. The ideal candidate will excel at collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate property information and records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate property information and records
  • Manage tenant communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using digital tools
  • Track rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals
  • Maintain organized digital records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations
  • Support property marketing and tenant onboarding processes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management is required
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace or similar platforms
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
