Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the development and delivery of high-impact education initiatives.

About This Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker with expertise in agile product management, workflow optimization, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sprint Management: Lead daily product workstreams and agile sprints to ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes.
  • Quality Control: Partner with stakeholders to ensure quality standards across product releases; lead testing cycles and QA processes.
  • Roadmap Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap; translate strategic goals into executable development plans.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and support a cross-functional team; track and manage workflows, resourcing, and output.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across design, product, tech, and operations to ensure alignment; lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Analytics Reporting: Track sprint metrics and performance indicators; provide reports to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors.
  • Product Workflow Management: Deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership.
  • Team Capacity Management: Experience working with remote teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Self-Starter: Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable working with culturally diverse teams.
