Job Title: Virtual Customer Service Representative

We're seeking skilled professionals to work as customer service representatives from home. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills, and have experience working with customers.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including phone, email, and chat platforms. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently, escalating unresolved concerns to supervisors when necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly, with a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Required Qualifications:
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in voice, email, and chat support as a Spanish-speaking agent.
  • Tech Skills: Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy, grammar assessment score ≥ 85%, and comprehension score ≥ 90%.
