Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring smooth, timely delivery across multiple departments.

Your primary focus will be on building and managing project timelines for blog launches, product drops, YouTube content, and client services. You will also track and update tasks in Monday.com or Google Sheets, hold team members accountable to SOPs, timelines, and milestones, communicate daily across teams, coordinate between writers, designers, eCom VAs, editors, and execs, track performance and report progress to leadership weekly, problem-solve and escalate roadblocks, and help document workflows and improve internal efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience as a project manager or digital ops lead, familiarity with content marketing, eCommerce, or digital media, strong command of English communication, experience with Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp, excellent attention to detail, ability to lead global remote teams, organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and good under pressure.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager or digital ops lead

  • Strong command of English communication
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to lead global remote teams
  • Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and good under pressure
