Project Manager Position

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role involves developing project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  2. Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize potential disruptions.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor project progress and provide updates to senior leadership on project status and performance.
  5. Process Implementation: Implement effective project management processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership and Resource Management: Strong leadership skills and ability to manage resources effectively.
  • Communication and Conflict Resolution: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with suppliers and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in IT-related tools and systems.
  • Education: College graduate or equivalent, preferably with a Computer or IT-related course.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or in a related IT role.
