Customer Success Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape our customer's journey to the Cloud. As a Customer Success Representative, you will drive client value by providing financial support through distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate various portals to gather required backup documentation.
  • Maintain spreadsheets that track missing deduction backup items.
  • Communicate with engineers when expected results are not met.
  • Develop and maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining portal details.
  • Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Take responsibility for department goals by accepting new duties and finding opportunities for improvement within the Technology Enabled Services department.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in Trade Promotion Management
  • A background or education in Accounting
  • Business level English fluency required
  • Beginner knowledge of software products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
  • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships
