Job Role Overview:

This position involves delivering exceptional customer care to diverse clients through various communication channels. Our team prioritizes individual growth, innovation, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-tier service across all contact mediums while maintaining high service standards and efficiency.
  • Enhance customer value by maximizing conversion and retention opportunities using targeted marketing initiatives and a 'Sales through Service' approach.
  • Develop in-depth expertise in multiple areas of products offered.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication within the team.
  • Educate on company marketing initiatives and up-to-date customer support functions and processes.
  • Escalate complex customer inquiries to senior advisors and relay investigation outcomes to customers.
  • Achieve quality assurance scores that meet or exceed department KPIs for each period outlined in annual objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree an advantage.
  • Previous contact centre and customer service experience beneficial.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills mandatory.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility in work schedules and shifts necessary.
  • Able to multitask, interact with customers via multiple communication methods, and work independently or as part of a team.
