
Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support for our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Calendar, Airtable, and Slack. They will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating between departments, and assisting with customer service remotely.
This is a part-time role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work across time zones.
- Manage schedules and appointments using Google Calendar
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry in Airtable
- Responsible for importing event bookings to CRM and G-Cal, assist customer service on scheduling/rescheduling, support onboarding, and provide customer service via phone and email
- Facilitate team communication through Slack
- Assist in project coordination and task tracking
This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
Job Type: Part Time - Weekdays and 1 weekend day
Working hours:
- Wednesday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Thursday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Friday: 12.30pm to 9.30pm
- Saturday: 12.30pm to 9.30pm
- Sunday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Monday - Off
- Tuesday - Off
Requirements
- Familiarity with Airtable, Google Calendar, and Slack is a must
- Previous admin or customer service experience required, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate across time zones
- Must be available to support weekends
