Job Title: Virtual Support Specialist

Job Description:

This is a remote position where you will contribute to the success of our organization by providing exceptional customer support and experience to valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support and manage client communications effectively, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle calls and email inquiries in a professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliance, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
  • Manage marketing and social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes and guidelines.
  • Represent our organization's core values and mission to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.
  • Perform additional services as needed, which may or may not be related to primary responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication.
  • Background checks are mandatory for this role.
  • A good American accent is preferred but not required.
  • A quiet home office environment is necessary for productivity.
  • Availability to work graveyard shift hours is required.
  • A reliable fast internet connection with backup available is crucial.
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available is essential.
  • A computer with at least an 8-gen i3 processor, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC operating system is necessary.
