Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Expert to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce, with expertise in website upkeep and associated sectors. They should be proficient in content, product, and inventory management, as well as SEO principles and non-technical best practices.

A strong background in operating Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms is essential, along with exceptional English communication skills (B2 proficiency or higher). The successful candidate will also possess strong copywriting and editing abilities, experience utilizing Google Analytics for project management and reporting purposes, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of website operations to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly while assisting with product selections.
  • Enhancing product listings and content by providing detailed descriptions, visual aids, and specifications.
  • Fostering customer relationships and establishing partnerships with content creators, influencers, and complementary businesses.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional strategies.
  • Determining pricing strategies based on industry trends and sales objectives.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
  • Creating and managing PPC advertisement campaigns and engaging with audiences on social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • E-Commerce Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website upkeep, and associated sectors.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Communication and Writing Skills:
  • Exceptional English communication skills (B2 proficiency or higher).
