Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Shared Services Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for administering employee benefits globally, ensuring compliance with government agencies and third-party vendors, and providing support and guidance to employees on benefits-related matters.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will also have a strong understanding of HR functions such as compensation, employee relations, and benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of Human Resource Management or related field
  • Experience in BPO setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of various HR functions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing platforms an advantage
