We are seeking a Digital Customer Liaison to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our global clients who have implemented the Learning Platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the digital customer experience, ensuring seamless interactions across multiple touchpoints.

You will activate and monitor the digital customer journey playbook, identifying opportunities and risks for our customers in this segment. Your success will depend on your ability to automate repetitive tasks, identify trends, and action playbooks that align with observed trends to increase retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain the digital customer experience for assigned clients
  • Perform day-to-day management and maintenance of digital tools, promoting process improvement and assisting in the implementation of automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks using automation and monitor digital customer journey outcomes
  • Own communication in the client success inbound queue, directing clients to appropriate resources and contacts
  • Deploy data-driven automated implementation and adoption activities, tracking client progress to ensure success
  • Create and maintain response templates for frequently asked client questions and communications
  • Ensure data integrity standards are maintained in Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on content and own opportunity generation and qualification
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience building one:many digital campaigns with efficient processes
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks in a changing environment
  • Strong team mentality, utilizing internal and external resources strategically and tactically
