Job Overview

As a Logistics and Supply Chain Expert, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Visayas and Mindanao depots. Your primary goal is to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while driving growth and efficiency improvements.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can collaborate with our 3PLs, Procurement, and Customer Experience team to minimize costs and improve delivery performance. If you have a passion for working with a lean mindset and are excited about transforming reverse logistics processes, this role is perfect for you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage depot operations to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Drive growth and efficiency improvements through collaboration with 3PLs, Procurement, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Transform reverse logistics processes to minimize losses from trade returns and delivery refusals.
  • Oversee national stock recovery operations and work with Business Units to reduce business waste.
  • Lead monthly logistics demand and supply reconciliation (DSR) governance.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics.
  • Experience in working and managing 3PL performance.
  • Knowledge of databases and basic coding skills is a plus.
  • Supply chain certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma or any similar certifications would be an advantage.
