Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to provide reliable and timely Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize NEMT expertise to confidently communicate services, procedures, and best practices with clients.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule transportation appointments while addressing objections effectively.
  • Provide exceptional service by actively listening, building rapport, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication skills.
  • Manage client schedules accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
