Job Title: Business Solutions Analyst

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting our Digital Marketing team by gathering and analyzing data from various digital platforms. This includes tracking key performance indicators, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with different teams to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solutions that drive growth. If you have strong problem-solving skills, are tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in the field of e-commerce, marketing, or technology
  • Extremely tech savvy, able to pick up new software and applications quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and has a creative mindset
  • Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced environment
