As an e-commerce specialist, you will contribute to the success of our online store by managing product listings, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Product Optimization: Enhance product descriptions for clarity and conversion across all online listings.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review the website to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer reviews to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Visual Content: Update banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related fields.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
