We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our agile team as a DTC Digital Marketing Specialist. This exciting role involves overseeing the execution, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.

  • Digital Advertising:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
    • Analyze key performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
    • Collaborate with in-house creative specialists to refine ad performance and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • E-commerce Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics.
    • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Implement and manage customer service processes, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Expansion & Growth:
    • Assist in setting up and managing new sales channels as we expand to platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer electronics markets.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
