Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced performance marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital product engineering company, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling revenue across our affiliate platform.

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize affiliate campaigns, focusing on affiliate networks and partner platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fuel full-funnel growth, from awareness through conversion, across a dynamic and fast-paced digital landscape.

  • Analyze partner performance using both Partnerize reporting and internal analytics tools to uncover insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.

  • Manage and refine product feed listability for Affiliate networks, ensuring accurate data, up-to-date inventory, and optimal performance for Affiliate shopping placements.

  • Stay ahead of trends in paid media, social commerce, and e-commerce ad tech; proactively recommend new platform tests, ad products, and growth tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce or DTC environment.

  • Deep platform expertise across Affiliate networks, platforms, and measurement.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, campaign reporting tools, and performance analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

  • Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.

  • Collaborative and communicative team player with strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
