Marketing Virtual Assistant Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and general operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, PPC, and SEO platforms.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Create detailed marketing reports and track campaign performance metrics.
  • Assist in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Manage digital assets and marketing materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Support paid advertising efforts on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

General Operations Assistance:

  • Manage calendars using Google Calendar or Calendly.
  • Handle email and inbox management to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Update project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Conduct data entry and research tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reports to support the team's success.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work.
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning is essential.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign is required.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Strong skills in project management software are essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Strong general business support skills, including administrative assistance, calendar management, email handling, and basic documentation, are essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently are must-haves.
