About this role

This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management within the outsourced contact center and BPO space.

Key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new opportunities through phone outreach, marketing campaigns, and industry networking. Conduct market and client research to uncover new sales channels and partnership opportunities.

Draft proposals using both new content and recycled responses, manage CRM systems and sales tracking tools, and present strategies to senior leadership and C-level executives.

About you
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, proposal writing, or business development.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong background in complex deal structuring, financial modeling, and contract negotiation.
