Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst Role

A key partner to finance leaders across major US cities, you will drive strategic decision-making and champion digital innovation within our organization.

This is a 100% remote setup, supporting the US Central Time hours.

As a Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst, you will lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

You will also:

  • Act as a thought partner to senior Finance and Business leaders, proactively challenge business assumptions and identify areas for digital and financial optimization.
  • Take full ownership of key financial deliverables with minimal supervision, delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations directly to executive leadership, helping shape critical business strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert-level financial planning and analysis support to senior Finance and Business leaders.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Leading the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Finance and Business leaders, and external partners.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
