We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to fill this role.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Monitor daily attendance of personnel and coordinate with agencies for accuracy or concerns.
- Answer queries, schedule meetings, and support visitors.
- Perform duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, requesting repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Ensure supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, ordering, and expediting delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree holder in relevant field.
- Prior experience in Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics under Inventory Management and Admin Assistant position preferred.
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Keen to details and highly organized.
- Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications.
- Will relocate to Calamba, Laguna if required.
