Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to oversee and coordinate administrative operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while supporting executive leadership and various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure administrative systems run efficiently
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance contracts
  • Assist with HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Process expense reports and maintain petty cash
  • Assist with financial document organization
  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Manage executives' calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations
  • Develop and maintain filing systems for important documents
  • Ensure compliance with document retention policies
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external partners
  • Coordinate internal communications and updates
  • Manage relationships with service providers and vendors
  • Review and process vendor contracts and invoices
  • Oversee office space planning and allocation
  • Coordinate office relocations or expansions when necessary
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and administrative software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Experience in the technology sector preferred
