
Senior Sales Advocate

As a sales development associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, a keen understanding of the sales cycle, and the ability to prepare and submit competitive bids.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Prepare and submit well-structured bid proposals in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations)
- Analyze bid specifications and requirements to ensure compliance and maximize bid potential
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes
- Track and report on bid status, outcomes, and sales performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on bidding and proposal preparation
- Strong understanding of the bidding process, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Familiarity with industry-specific bidding platforms and databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
